Collections Advisors Solihull
£16000 - £19,000bonus plus bens

Working in a state of the art, busy call centre you will be receiving inbound and making outbound calls to customers who have fallen behind on their credit agreements. You will be responsible for arranging payment plans, obtaining repayment of arrears and updating customer account records.

Although this is a target driven environment that rewards excellence you must be someone with a natural empathy towards others as you will often deal with people facing genuine financial hardship. You must be able to demonstrate your powers of persuasion and superb communication skills as you will be expected to challenge and win over irate and confrontational customers. You will also be expected to offer solutions to real problems and explain complex matters in a calm and clear manner.

You must have a proven track record in Colelctions and expereince in handling aged debt will be a distinct advantage. There is a generous bonus scheme in place giving you the opportunity to seriously enhance your earnings.

Full time hours with various shift patterns.
